Funny Friday: Accidentally Inappropriate

We’ve all experienced those great moments at church where God proves that He has a sense of humor, and it’s pretty twisted. In college I attended a church where the pastor, who was otherwise pretty vanilla, had the propensity for letting fly inappropriate phrases. One week he referred to someone playing “pocket pool,” this scored big with the college crowd. Another week he talked about negotiating with another church member, using the phrase “Jewing him down.” This scored points with the comparative religion crowd.
